- All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday – Saturday) after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs, including:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
- Free Shipping is available on orders over ₹ 2499 for standard shipping within India
3. Delivery Times
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.
- Standard Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping generally takes 2-3 business days.
- Express Shipping arrives in 1-2 business days for most locations.
- Please note that delivery to rural or remote areas may take additional time.
4. International Shipping
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
- Customs duties, taxes, or any additional fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package by clicking the tracking link in the email or by visiting the carrier’s website directly.

6. Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you get your items.
- If your item is damaged upon arrival, please keep all packaging and contact us for assistance with a return or replacement.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations due to carrier restrictions.
- Some products may be restricted for shipment to specific regions due to local laws or shipping limitations.
