Returns & Exchanges

At Rasapriya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy
with your order, you may return or request a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    ï‚· Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
    ï‚· Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and
    packaging with tags intact.
    ï‚· Items purchased on sale or as part of special promotions may not be eligible for returns.
    (refer to specific product terms).
    ï‚· Returns and Exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or
    incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are
    received by the customer.
    ï‚· Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products or delivery of
    incorrect size (size other than that ordered). In all other cases, exchange or e-Voucher (1
    year validity) is available.
    ï‚· Exchanges are permitted for sizes and products of the same or higher price. If
    exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid; if the item is of
    lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a e-Voucher.
  2. Return Process
    ï‚· To initiate a return,
    ï‚· Click on the return & cancellation link in the website footer to submit an online request.
    ï‚· Alternatively,

    order details.
    ï‚· Once your return is approved, you will receive shipping instructions.
    ï‚· The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was
    defective or incorrect size.
    Please ensure that you contact us within 10 days from the date of delivery. When sending an email,
    please make sure to include the following details:
    ï‚· Order Number
    ï‚· Invoice Copy
    ï‚· Courier Docket Number
    ï‚· Reason for Return
  3. Refund Policy
    ï‚· Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
    ï‚· The refund will be issued in the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    ï‚· Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect
    item.
    ï‚· You right to return the product shall apply exclusively to the products that are returned
    in the same condition in which you received them. No reimbursement will be made if the
    product has been used once, for products that are not in the same condition as when
    they were delivered or if they have been damaged, so take care of the product(s) while in
    your possession.
    ï‚· Items must be in their original condition and include all tags/labels. If you no longer
    have the original packaging, you can return your order in any other packaging, as long as
    it is properly sealed to prevent the items from getting lost.
    ï‚· Please note return will be processed once the goods arrive at our premises and undergoes
    the required quality check. Once completed, you will receive a communication with the
    details of the return.
    ï‚· The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    However, if you have selected Cash on Delivery upon the original sale, the refund will be
    made to the bank details filled by you while placing return request or on the bank detail
    link sent. Please note, brand is not liable for any errors while submitting the bank
    details.
    ï‚· Brand will not be liable to reissue/refund any used promotional voucher (Gift Voucher &
    Discounted or any other offer voucher).

  4. Exchanges
    ï‚· If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges based on stock availability.
    ï‚· Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receiving the order.
  5. Non-Returnable Items
    ï‚· Customized or personalized products.
    ï‚· Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments) for hygiene reasons.
    ï‚· Goods sold on Special discount Offers or promotional Offers.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order
    before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
    MODE OF REFUND
    For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or
    defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online
    banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash On Delivery (COD)
    orders, refund will be done through NEFT.

Tags should be attached with the product and undamaged.
MRP tag

If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated
further.

Any used promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher) will not
be refunded.

Only after receiving the product and quality check, the refund will be initiated with in 3 – 4 business days to original payment method.
